Buckfast Abbey at Sunset

A beautiful image of Buckfast Abbey in Devon. Taken in the few minutes before the setting of the late Autumn sun over the village of Buckfast in Devon.

This photo really shows off the glorious structure to its best. What's all the more amazing is that it was build (on the foundations of the abbey constructed in 1147) by hand over a 37 year period with a maximum of only 6 monks at a time working on it. Whew!
