In this observational piece, taken from a hotel window, a closed table parasol seems to be inspecting a line of young evergreens, like a general inspecting the muster. The shape of the parasol reflects that of the clipped trees, though with some dandification of it's 'uniform', adding weight to the seeming inspection.
