On the third beach at Bovisand stands this wave-sculpted rock. For as long as I can remember it has been used by couples and families in the summertime to lay out wet towels and clothing to dry in the sun. Or taking shelter from the heat in the cool shade. Too barnacled to climb in bare feet or lean against, it stands apart but included; there but not.
